"Bestest Dog in the Whole Wide World"

When our son turned five, my husband and I realized it was time for an addition to our family.  That addition was not another child but a best friend for our son.  It was a DOG.  Not just any dog but Bogart the Boston Terrier.  Why a Boston?  When my husband was a child his grandmother had a Boston and he had such fond memories that there was no discussion.  It was a Boston or none. My husband was right Bogart was a perfect fit from the start.    Now there are some things you probably should know about Bogart.  He snored, took up the whole bed, loved to go for rides, decided when HE was ready for dinner, and pretty much ran the house.  Yes, Bogart was the bestest Dog in the Whole Wide World.

Bogart Facts:

He was with us for 13 years.

He was born on Halloween.

Had dinner cooked for him daily (chicken and rice).

Twilled at you when he wanted your attention.

Wouldn’t take NO for an answer.

I love you, Bobo-dog, with all of my heart. You were my bestest buddy in the whole wide world - Ian
